Dave Cripe, PRESIDENT

Dave started Meadow Green with his Dad in 1988, primarily to fund college. Dave studied landscape and horticulture at the U of M and Dakota County Technical College and earned a Business Degree from Mankato State University. After graduating from College, Dave realized he was already in a career he enjoyed, took over the business, and focused on growing it.

Dave lives in Lakeville with his wife Jennifer and three kids. When Dave is not working he enjoys spending time with his family boating, fishing and watching his kids sporting events – soccer, wrestling and football.

John Ransbottom, Operations Manager

John joined Meadow Green in 1991. John has grown with the Company – he started out working on a mowing crew, then became a crew leader and is now our Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, John oversees all aspects of our maintenance business. John has been a key part of our growth and success.

John Lives in Lakeville with his wife Melinda and two kids ages 8 and 16. John enjoys following all Minnesota Sports teams and enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family.

Lindsey Bittner, Landscape Designer

Lindsey has been working with Meadow Green since 2004. Lindsey studied Landscape design at the U of M. As landscape designer, Lindsey enjoys working with clients to create outdoor spaces they can enjoy. Some of Lindsey’s more memorable projects include designing outdoor spaces for and appearing on the HGTV series Landscape Smart and Curb Appeal.

Lindsey stays very busy at home with her husband Jon raising 5 young children – including two sets of twins! In her free time, Lindsey enjoys gardening and volunteering at Church.

Jake Duehn, Irrigation Manager

Jake joined Meadow Green in 2016 after graduating from Dakota County Technical College with a Landscape degree.

Jake’s ability to quickly diagnose and repair irrigation system issues coupled with his excellent communication skills allow us to keep your grass nice and green and keep the customer updated during the repair process.

Jake lives in Lakeville with his wife Alexys, and their newborn son, Noah. When Jake isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing.
